One of our favourite Premier Inns. Usual facilities and easy parking, but unusually they have their own breakfast room rather than have an arrangement with a place next door. So the full English is cooked freshly to order. The same lady in charge of breakfast as previously, very friendly and efficient.

Great check in, Its easy to get to from Coventry StationLovely room and has a Miller and Carter nearby.Exceptional service by Natalie and the team at Breakfast.The scrambled eggs on toast were a dream.Very friendly and professional staff.A great team!

The people there were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Ms Natalie Alfie Dylan has been able to provide the experience we needed to complete a successful meeting with quiet and plenty of drinks. The team was able to explain how the breakfast system worked and we were able to stay in the same quiet corner. We had privacy

Fantastic service, friendly staff. Amazing attention to detail regarding allergens - especially from Natalie! Second time we have stayed here and both times have been brilliant. Will definitely be back over the next three years whilst our son is at university!

Lovely friendly staff , extremely helpful and made our stay great , was given a free drink to take to my room from Natalie, were visiting for a memorial function so the care and compassion from the the staff on the desk was amazing, breakfast was also lovely

Really hard to park a Luton van here so wouldn’t come back on business. It’s an old premier inn and that shows in the decor, the rooms and the smell. In the room the heating didn’t work, the shower consistently dripped all night and it was very noisy! This place needs an uplift drastically. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Staff were friendly and attentive

The food was amazing.All cooked to perfection. The waitress Natalie and cook Monica were very nice and made me and my family very welcome and made a great breakfast too. We will definitely let others know about this place as we really have enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely amazing service from Natalie and Monika cooked the breakfast perfectly. Best cooked breakfast by far highly recommend. Natalie was a very welcoming host constantly asking us if we needed anything and Monika is an amazing chef.
