Me cobraram mais taxas do que o previsto, equipe grossa e com má vontade de atender, café da manhã faltavam coisas e não eram repostas. não estavam preparados para todo o movimento que receberam, se atrapalharam nas reservas e acomodações.

Reservamos um quarto para três pessoas, uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, fiquei bem surpresa quando percebi que o quarto tinha sacada, mas a vista era para o pátio do hotel, nenhum problema nisto, no entanto, o hotel tem uma churrascaria anexa, então o cheiro de comida que entra no quarto é quase insuportável, fora o fato que eles têm uma maquina de cortar carne que faz um barulho ensurdecedor. O banheiro também tinha um forte cheiro de esgoto, mas tudo parecia bem limpo e organizado, dá para relaxar bem. Um ponto positivo é que o hotel tem garagem coberta para hóspedes, então não é preciso se preocupar com o carro. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e com opções bem diversificadas, vale a pena. É uma boa pedida para quem vai ficar poucos dias.

Experiência muito ruim.
Quarto extremamente sujo e pequeno. televisão não estava funcionando, internet péssima.
Pedi pra trocar de quarto e me informaram que para trocar teria que pagar diferença de valor alegando que não tinham outro quarto no mesmo padrão disponível, mesmo o hotel estando vazio.
Má vontade no atendimento, era claro que não gostaram da reclamação.
Não recomendo.
