Flexistay Norbury Aparthotel

Our bedroom no 7 - Poor quality, tiny bathroom. Bedroom was clean but badly laid out with one side of the double bed against the wall Matress uncomfortable. Other bedrooms may be better Self serve Kitchen and dining room good. Would not stay again.

Very disappointed with our stay. the condition of the windows are disgusting and the curtains were rubbish too small for the windows and light coming into the room. Bathroom the toilet takes few yanking for it to flush. No mirror near the sink. Near the shower needs re grouting and painting very run down. The lobby smells quite bad. Not worth the money

The place did not look clean from the outside. I called the hotel and received an automated response telling me that it was a 24/7 service. Upon arrival, a member of staff was present, meaning that he did not bother to pick up the phone. He was also rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Even if I desperately need to spend the night in Norbury in the future, I would pay more money with a more expensive hotel in order to avoid them. No way they charge £75 for that level of service. My recommendation for this hotel is to develop a plan to improve the appearance of the hotel, and also for staff to take courses on sales and customer service. Maybe all they care about is the little money they earn from their existing customers and/or one off customers, in which case I lose respect for them as a business.
