Excelente hotel, recomendado 100%. Muy bien ubicado. Maravillosas instalaciones, moderno y la atención en general es también excelente, las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, el servicio es estupendo. La comida es muy buena, parqueadero, cerca de lugares muy hermosos.

Súper bien ubicado , a una cuadra hay una variedad de buenos restaurantes, la zona muy tranquila y segura , tiene Parqueo , tiene ascensor , el desayuno bueno , las habitaciones pequeñas pero lo necesario para un hospedaje de turismo de pocos días . La atención de todo el personal es magnífico !!! Fuimos 10 personas ( familia a pasar año nuevo ) y todos quedamos muy contentos por la elección tomada . Felicitaciones y gracias por todo Recomendado al 100%

Está en una zona residencial de la ciudad, muy tranquila, segura y con muchos restaurantes cercanos. Llegar al centro toma pocos minutos. En la noche muy silencioso. El desayuno es variado. El personal muy amable. La atención de las recepcionistas es excelente, incluso realizan tareas que no les correspondería en la noche cuando hay menos personal en el hotel. El wifi funciona muy bien. Las habitaciones no son muy amplias pero cómodas. Hay una mininevera en y caja de seguridad en cada habitación. Camas con almohadas cómodas y hay frazadas extras si se siente frío. En los hoteles de la sierra de Ecuador no es común que se use calefacción. Hay un escritorio en cada habitación, y con suficientes tomacorrientes, ideal si se va por trabajo. Hay también en el lobby una computadora para los huéspedes. Estuve por dos ocasiones, la ducha la primera vez funcionó muy bien, la segunda vez tenía menos presión de agua, pero funcionaba lo necesario. Hay artículos de baño, la iluminación del baño algo oscura. Pequeños detalles a mejorar: los armarios y sus cajones no cerraban bien, las cortinas de las ventanas pueden no cubrir totalmente el ingreso de luz de la calle.

Hotel bien ubicado, lejos de ruido, habitaciones confortables, buena televisión, para destacar el menú de las cenas, buen sabor sazón en cuanto al desayuno no hay variedad realmente esto opaca un poco al hotel.

Grande chambre lumineuse et moderne avec tout le confort nécessaire dans un hôtel moderne. Magnifique vue sur une partie de Cuenca. Accueil en français ou anglais selon la personne à l'accueil. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Grande sdb avec jacuzzi, un peu altéré. Quartier calme avec restaurants branchés à proximité. Petit déj servi à table, complet et très correct. Parking privé et protégé. Ascenseur. Bref une excellente adresse à 2 pas du centre ville, mais sans les inconvénients du centre ville. Pas de sèche cheveux ds la chambre. Pour un 4*..
