Somos italianos y hablamos mal español pero esperamos poder hacernos entender. Nos alojamos en el Munay Wasi Inn en Cusco a finales de agosto por 5 noches porque teníamos muchas excursiones que hacer cerca (incluido Machu Picchu). ¡Todo fue perfecto! Hospitalidad, habitación, comida, cercanía al centro. Pero sobre todo gracias a Yulisa que satisfizo todas nuestras peticiones. Muchas gracias.

Acogedor, buena ubicación permite explorar mejor la ciudad de Cusco y sus atractivos. Tanto el restaurante como el café o el bar si tienes paciencia disfrutarás lo preparado tanto por el chef o el bartender. Ha sido una buena elección, seguro retornamos

Hotel pintoresco, muy bien ubicado y con calefacción. Elegí el hotel por la calefacción, soy friolenta, estábamos en invierno y no muchos hoteles tienen. Funcionó excelentemente, es regulada por el hotel e intermitente, pero cumplió su función. La ubicación es excelente, céntrico, cerca de todo. El agua caliente también funcionó maravillosamente y el baño tiene bañera....un lujo para Cusco. El precio me pareció caro pero lo valió por las comodidades. Muy buen desayuno.

Roxana the receptionist and Waldir the bellboy were amazing. Super hospitable and always made me feel so welcome. Every time I returned to the hotel, they genuinely welcomed me back. For the price they charge, the hotel is acceptable but it is old and the room was small with no view. It's not soundproofed at all so you easily hear people passing by - if you had a room like mine on the ground floor. I really loved the two employees and think they should be recognized. But the hotel product itself I did not like.

The hotel is very charming and has a restaurant if you feel lazy to go out or if you have to get a very early the next morning. The rooms are small, but very clean and the bathroom is comfortable.
The staff is very helpful if you need anything. We spent 4 nights there and had a very pleasant experience. Easy to walk anywhere!

Hotel muy lindo y a unos pasos del Koricancha que fue donde empezamos el tours el primer día de manera privada. Personal muy amable y el gerente super atento, el desayuno incluido es riquísimo, cuando los niños se sienten bien los padres también. Fueron muy atentos al darnos un check in muy temprano el día que llegamos por mis pequeños de 4 y 8 años. Richard les envía saludos a todos, muy pronto estaremos en Cuzco y de seguro volveremos !!!

Esta es mi segunda estadía, y volvería cada vez que vuelva a Cusco sin dudarlo. Esta vez fuimos con mi hija. El hotel es maravilloso, estratégicamente ubicado para estar cerca de todo, pero lejos del ruido. Desde que llegamos hasta el último segundo, el Sr. José y todo el equipo del hotel nos trataron como si fuéramos familia. Nos atendieron de maravillas, nos ayudaron y aconsejaron sobre excursiones y paseos. En cuanto al hotel específicamente: las camas son super cómodas, el desayuno es muy completo y bien casero, los baños y sus duchas excelentes. Vale la pena 100%

El hotel es muy bonito, la atención es excelente desde que te abren la puerta por parte de Piero te sientes bienvenido, la atención especial en el restaurante de Alexander y la comida por parte del chef Angel fue especial y deliciosa, el administrador siempre pendiente del buen servicio y la atención
