第一次住在城堡，還好慶幸選擇了這家非常適合親子游的酒店，從禮賓部的小吳的熱情周到的對應開始，房間，5樓的天台，早餐，方方面面都很是滿意，景色也拍照打卡滿分，下次還會再來。

要求3點以後入住的酒店在國內相對少見的。退房限制12點，入住15點以後
前台服務冷冰冰。
房間龍頭掉了，洗澡調不了水温，後來湊合把澡洗了，去前台報修。也沒通知好了或者留個紙條告知啥的。
體驗一下即可，景色是美的。
