離星海廣場和星海公園，地鐵站都很近，下樓一拐就是，房東給免費升級了房型，爆贊，衞生設施都很不錯，居家和酒店之間的感覺，樓下有超市和大連老菜，早餐店，吃飯買東西便利，五星好評必須給了👍

房間很滿意，設施齊全，客服熱情，衞生也打掃乾淨整潔，常出門能看出來床品都是專業洗滌熨燙過的，一客一換，比較喜歡這家店，樓下超市和金庫大連老菜價格合理，推薦

很倉促臨時訂的房間，沒想到還真不錯，房間很大，乾淨整潔，地理位置好，樓下地鐵站和星海廣場走兩三分鐘即是，到的晚，順便在老闆家樓下飯店吃一頓飯，味道還蠻好，燒烤海鮮炒菜都有，菜量大，旅遊區有這個性價比的飯店真不容易找，下次還會選擇這家店

超級棒的公寓，衞生乾淨整潔，設施完善，旅遊旺季價格合理服務質量也到位，管家小哥照顧的面面俱到，有求必應，並且位置很好，下樓就是星海廣場，老闆自家經營的飯店和美食廣場也在樓下，金庫大連老菜，味道特地道，連吃兩頓，強烈推薦！

收拾的很乾凈，和酒店差不多。位置非常棒，出行方便，百十米就是地鐵口，去星海廣場也用不了幾分鐘，樓下也有吃的，小賣部啥的，很便利

選擇去大連玩的朋友，民宿還是不要考慮了，雖然接待的小哥哥很熱情，讓人覺得有種賓至如歸的感覺，但是民宿環境真是一般，地理位置可以，就是衞生條件很一般，還是選擇酒店住吧
