The Comfort inn at Dallas west is very nice, clean and the staff was pleasant. What is upsetting is the very poor service from *******! I needed to cancel two of the three nights I had a reservation for but they refused to refund the two days. *******, a billion dollar company and they will not make a refund. There are too many other companies doing this same reservation service for them to not provide better service. I'll be moving on from *******...

When we arrived the ac war turned off so it was hot in the room and smelled awful! Once turned on the ac made a loud noise all night long and didnt even work. I asked for a discount when checking out and they just said sorry nothing given.

Everything was fine for 5 nights at the property. We had a lot to do and didn’t really need the hotel facilities but they were very good. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. My only downside was the location as it was right alongside interstate 30 which sounded busy all of the time. However a pair of ear plugs solved the noise problem for me and my wife wasn’t bothered with it. Would use this hotel group again.
