Impeccable Hospitality, kind staff, remarkable experience. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Necessity grooming items were available. Buffet was delicious with a range of food options. Holiday activities were a good pass time. Value for money.

We stayed at Mayfair for 2 nights and although the hotel is very pretty with easy accessibility to the Mall Road which is hardly 10 mins walk from there the rooms are not that great. We had booked Orchid villa and Lyod’s cottage in which the orchid villa on first door had a very low ceiling and although there was a balcony it had no views with construction visible just outside. Lyod’s cottage had views but other Mayfair properties have far better rooms. The staff was not very helpful as they were not aware which room had two beds and which had one which led us to move from one room to another with our luggage. The food was also average as we tried both their breakfast and dinner buffet and the items were very limited. We did get one dish as we did not like the buffet menu. The high tea is very good and one should not miss that.

I visited there a month ago with my parents. When I entered to this hotel it was absolutely great. I stayed at ***y hotels but this was one of the best place I've ever been ♥️ literally awesome place and hospitality was very good. The behaviour of staff and everyone working there was very nice and gentle. Loved that place 😘

K today we celebrate our 5th marriage anniversary in Mayfair siliguri in room number 230. we enjoyed lot.and used almost all available facility which is provided by the hotel . as example swimming pool. pool bar. resturant. private restaurant for dinner.but one thing which makes us feel more enjoyable at the evening time , i called housekeeping depar**ent and ask them to bring some towel. so they send Mr karan biswakarma with few towels. so simply we start conversation and i informed him that today we celebrate our 5th marriage anniversary. after hearing this he went.and we are also came down to resturant and start enjoy our evening with family and friends.but the most surprising thing happened when we back to our room. mr karan done some bed decoration wich is very much liked by my wife. and we are totally surprised how some one give this type of unexpected services.thnx so much. to made ous feel more special. and thnx to mr indrajit also in resturant.

My only regret is if I had known about this hotel earlier I could have stayed here during my entire trip in Darjeeling. Conveniently located right next to the clock tower and 100 meters from Keventers. During my stay I forgot to pack my Iphone Earbuds. I realised only after I reached my hometown. The hotel staff was kind enough to courier it back to me. The ownwer Mr Ashwin is an extremely well behaved and couteous person. Will definitely recommend this place for a stay

We stayed at this hotel from 17th-20th June 2022 with group of 38 people They don’t know what hospitality is … Starting from Sales to checkout Although we paid 80% (2 days out of 3 days) advance payment but their sales team lady (Seema) still didn’t confirmed our booking and left our guest waiting in lobby for 3 hours until she got the full payment. As was travelling to darjeeling from Bagdogra there was mobile network issue so I wasn’t able to make the balance payment. Although I requested that I will pay as soon as I reach there we were having booking for 21 rooms and just allocate 2 rooms to families that have reached early but she was ada***t Hotel is really in BAD shape and now I understood why they ask for all payment. They have 2 building and they only showcase the main heritage building. The standard rooms are he worst ones to stay in the other building Although some rooms are big but no maintenance was there the flooring is broken, leakage, smell of dampness, broken furniture … and ***y more (problem with all rooms) They don’t have enough staff to cater room service or house keeping. Towels were not changed for 3 days. You request 1 thing and you would be lucky to get within in 1 hr without 3-4 reminders. They don’t keep stock of any food material. The hotel was occupied but they only have 8-10 snack options (No French Fries, No Peanuts) … Can you Imagine I have seen lot of guest complaining to change the room but they cudn’t help it. They shifted us to nearby hotel saying that they will give us better rooms next day but I have to fight hard to claim those rooms next day Not even single team member was happy with the stay. The ***agement should fire all the staff and close down this if they aren’t able to handle
