景色很美，在市中心，非常方便，對面就是華嚴寺，出門就能進入景區，離善化寺也不遠。要是有電梯就更好了

網上看到大廳公區照片，立馬定了這個民宿。感覺是古城內最漂亮的一家了。
位置也極為方便，就在華嚴寺對面，有地下停車場。連續兩天，我們都是走路去北魏家宴、鳳臨閣吃飯，走路不超過五分鐘。酒店出去還有霸王茶姬買哈哈。
整個房間都是智能化很方便，電動的窗簾開關，水龍頭和衞浴也和普通酒店不一樣。有事情就喊“小度小度”，根本不用起身去找按鈕開關控制。
要表揚的是衞生，我女兒穿襪子在房間裏瞎玩，我一看襪子乾乾淨淨，説明衞生搞得還不錯的。但是浴袍我穿了下，脖子上就過敏了，上樓的時候看到工作人員往上搬毛巾，一捆捆毛巾直接放地上的，感覺有點臟啊……
這個民宿弊端就是停車場到樓上沒有電梯。停車場一大個斜坡上來，還要爬兩層樓。幸虧總管會下來幫忙拿行李，很重兩個箱子，都幫我們拎上去了，很辛苦。還有洗澡的花灑，水壓打到根本不能往身上沖，太痛了，而且沒有淋浴的門，水大到都留到外面刷牙的地方了，最後開了頂噴洗澡。
早飯有點差強人意，第一天送來的還有麪條，我這個麪食愛好者能吃飽了。第二天早飯竟然沒麪條了，不知道什麼原因，我又不愛吃包子和粗魯，結果就喝了碗粥，出門玩差點餓瘋了。不明白早餐的主食也會少放嗎？（圖片分別是兩天的早飯）
隔音有點差，晚上在廁所準備洗澡，聽到了隔壁巨大的呼嚕聲，就像在耳邊一樣😂不過不影響我對這家民宿的喜歡，下次還會來的，會推薦給朋友！

房間裝修不錯 大堂的景真的很美 但服務比較一般 然後樓下的大門按了就可以上來就是房間 感覺安全性是不有點 裝修啥的很新 但服務還有待提升 床單有點粗糙 不算很舒服

不得不提的是二層大堂，一排超大落地窗，正對華嚴寺，且能開側門走出去，喝茶、抽煙、憑欄、遠眺……好不愜意
剛剛開業，環境還可以，but，服務確實一般，早飯雖然可以送到房間，但是特別單一……家庭複式套房，性價比不高，不建議選擇

最大且唯一的優點是靠近華嚴寺。入住期間發生了許多不愉快：1、沒有服務人員搬運行李，提出要求後也始終沒能等來，衹能自己搬；2、晚上洗澡沒有熱水，被告知設備壞了；3、下水道堵塞嚴重，自行徒手清理時發現許多頭髮；4、大堂地上有大灘水漬，未放提示牌也沒有口頭提醒，差點摔跤…在所有溝通中，值班經理是唯一一個能給反饋的人，但也衹是事後，無法解決問題。其餘的工作人員一問三不知。總體來説，工作人員的服務意識欠缺和人文關懷意識欠缺；衞生工作不到位。這些都使本可以完美的大同之行留下了糟心的體驗。
