Room are humid but luckily the front desk willing to change room, since room have the musky smell. Location are near to train station but still u need taxi. Beside of taxi u can't go anywhere. And even no convenient store around the hotel. U need to buy whatever u need before coming back to hotel

The room is large, but the TV is small, which is not good for watching the Olympics. The toilet has problems, and it shakes when sitting. We stayed for three consecutive days. We told the front desk that the hotel did not solve it. Generally, we can change rooms or choose other options, but the hotel did not solve it after repeated reminders. The price is about 670. My wife's favourite hotel. Exceeded expectations in many areas. I feel like going back now. The room is new, big and really comfortable. Lots of little things made us feel so good: e.g. free snacks and dessert, books for browsing, free laundry, dining table, huge TV, big window. Now the down sides: There are not many eateries within walking distance. But I guess you can order delivery. They deliver to your hotel room here. It is so new that many cab drivers do not know the place.

Business four-star hotel, highly recommended for friends who drive by themselves, you don't have to stay in a small and expensive hotel in the ancient city. After playing in the ancient city at night, drive for 15 minutes, look at the night lights along the way, and soon arrive at the hotel. The room is large, the hot water is comfortable, and a fruit plate is delivered every day. You can see the Datong Museum upstairs

Wenda and all of her colleagues were wonderful! English is spoken here. Fantastic service, friendly, helpful, very clean and spacious rooms, really nice view over the river and at night with all of the lights. Breakfast is good, the facilities are clean and presentable. The room was quiet and the window can be opened if you want fresh air or to cool down the room a bit, the ac works too to cool it down in winter but that’s recirculated air with some people smoking in non-smoking rooms (typical). Our room did not smell which was great and although we had neighbours we could not hear them, so good for light sleepers. Only downside is the bed is firm. Quick 10 minute didi to the ancient city, malls, delicious lunch and food places. The hotel organised a driver to take us to the hanging temple, yungang grottoes and then to a delicious local restaurant very affordable, helpful, reliable and kind driver (WeChat: 永恒). Also recommend going to the art gallery and museum only 10 mins away. It’s a good location.
