The staff was rude and unhelpful, the bathtub filled when showering, there was no hair dryer in the room, the phones didn’t work

Our stay was pleasant. The pool wasn’t working and wasn’t told it was out of order. We first got to a room and the tv wasn’t working. The gentleman came up and tried to fix it on many occasions and it worked for a second and back to not working. But Michelle that helped us with some minor issues was very helping, always smiling and very polite. She was amazing!!!
