帶家人出遊，全家都很滿意，單獨的別墅區，靠着溪邊，景色很好，房間帶私湯泡温泉很方便，剛好這兩天降温了，泡温泉特別舒服，值得再次入住。

這是住過的五星中最差的，讓送套洗漱用品到退房都沒送到，礦泉水都沒有配，果斷更換旁邊雪山莊園，無論環境還是服務一對比天差地別，應該好好的反思一下

衞生：温泉很好，就是需要有一段空中長廊。
環境：很好，很安靜。晚上很舒服的。

國慶假期帶家人來花水灣泡温泉，選擇了中鐵酒店，老牌五星了，他家的温泉最資格正宗，泡着很舒服，硫磺味道很大，小朋友也耍得很開心。訂的是大床房，衹有兩份早餐，我家小朋友超高了，前台接待人員幫我們申請了一份免費早餐，非常不錯。早餐菜品豐富，味道也不錯，國慶人多，補菜也很及時。總的來説酒店體驗很好。

老牌五星，總體來説很不錯的酒店了，環境、服務、温泉各方面都比較在線了，特別是前台服務態度很好，我們走的時候小朋友的鞋子忘在酒店了，小李微信聯繫了我們，幫我們把鞋子放在了前台，下午耍了回去又拿了鞋子，下次有機會還會來的。
