Delavan Lake Resort

Love coming to this complex but very disappointed in the dirty carpet and the queen and king beds dipped in the middle.

2 Bedroom unit was nice setting for friends getting together. Living room and small patio provided nice space to catch-up. Unit, common area and exterior are showing their age with rotting decking, stained carpeting, etc. Double queen beds were very firm and more than tiny toiletries would have been nice.

Resort was very clean. Pool was great. We were 4 families and managem accommodating in placing our rooms close together.

Wife got sick with Covid and hoping management can give us some form of credit towards a future stay. Obviously not your fault for us not showing up but anything would be appreciated

Nice place to stay with family. Clean and spacious unit; Could make own meals in unit. Fun in pools for family.

Walk in the front doors and see straight through to the lake. Pools are large. Room was beautiful and comfortable.

We spent one night and were very impressed by the cleanliness of the location. The unit we were in was very clean. Could use a little sprucing up paint wise on woodwork. Location was perfect for our stay. Close to restaurants and golf courses.

Affordable, beautiful, spacious, comfortable, accommodating, convenient. My 2 friends and I were celebrating the 50th anniversary of our college reunion. And Delavan Lake resort was sheer perfection. My friend needed to have special accommodations and an easy route in and out of the hotel and close to front desk. And the staff said, NO PROBLEM!! They switched rooms around, gave us special handicapped parking permits. They told us where to order the BEST pizza in town (we ‘re from Chicago and know good from mediocre). They were so kind and helpful. The room was phenomenal. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, VERY comfortable beds, 3 TV’s, a working fireplace. And a magnificent lake view There is no restaurant on the premises. But the best steak in town is half mile down the road. Everything about this place was fantastic. This was our 1st visit. But certainly not the last. Thanks to everyone at Delavan Lake Resort for making this such a memorable trip.

This was my 2nd time here. Stayed in room 301 again, loved everything about that room. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Chloe. Will definitely stay here again when coming to the area .
