設施：整體設施還是不錯的，有科技感元素，特別是LV無邊泳池🏊♂️，很有特色，可能晚上拍照會比較出片
衞生：不錯，很好，打掃房間的阿姨很熱情
環境：四面環山，空氣質量也是非常不錯的，遠離都市的喧鬧和汽車尾氣，安安靜靜休個假
服務：從訂酒店到管家加微信到入住體驗感都非常好，所有工作人員都非常熱情，但是中間出現了不愉快的小插曲，因為是一棟一棟的別墅樓，停車場到住的樓棟是需要坐酒店觀光車，所以用車會在羣裏和管家説，會安排車輛，入住當天第一次叫車等了20分鐘沒來，問了以後説馬上，又等了十來分鐘，之後發現隔壁住客比我們晚出來的都坐車走了，當時非常生氣，就在羣裏和管家説了，羣裏除了管家還有其他部門的工作人員和領導，一會兒就有車來我們了，酒店接到我的反饋後第一時間處理態度是非常好的，跟我做了解釋並贈送兩張越野車的票（價值498），之後的兩天這種情況就沒有再出現過，説明酒店的服務意識還是很強，很重視每一位入住的客人，希望酒店以後不要再出現這種情況，畢竟你們的價格在那裡，你們的服務要匹配，不要讓想去或者還想去的朋友打退堂鼓
