The location is definitely good. GM’s display space at the bottom, minutes walk to downtown, river views… The furniture is a bit old, and there’s no hair dryer. The worst thing is that their towels have bad smell.

The room was ok. The location is also very good. The gym is huge and has a lot of equipment. Downstairs is the General Motors showroom. The breakfast was a bit poor. I was a bit annoyed at the long queue when I checked out. Since I had to catch a plane, I threw down my room card and left.

The hotel is a bit dated, it feels like the 1990s. There needs to be more outlets in the room. It is an excellent location.

My husband stayed at this hotel for a football game. His key card was not working and he did not have his ID on him. He did have a picture of his ID though. I called the front desk and they lied to me and said they were helping him get into his room. Instead of being accommodating and giving him a new key card, the hotel called the police on my husband. The police even went to his room with him to validate that the key card was not working. Even after this, the hotel would still not give him a new key card. It took 3 hours of him sitting in the lobby before they finally let him in his room.
