Hotel Pistono

Meine Partnerin und ich waren am Wochenende vom 12.07.2024 - 14.07.2024 zu Gast im Hotel Pistono in Dieblich. Von der schnellen Buchungsbestätigung, der Vorab-Kommunikation und dem Check-In und unseren persönlichen Wünschen (zum Beispiel der Allergiebettwäsche) war alles entsprechend vorbereitet. Unser Zimmer hat unseren Vorstellungen in vollem Maße entsprochen. Ein sehr sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon und einem wunderschönen Blick in die Gartenanlage haben uns empfangen. Sowohl das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet (07:00 – 10:00 Uhr) als auch das Abendbuffet (ab 18.00 Uhr) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein Lob an die Vielfältigkeit und liebevolle Eleganz der einzelnen Speisen. Hier wird auf die Frische (zum Beispiel der Backwaren) und Regionalität großen Wert gelegt und das schmeckt man auch. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an das freundliche Personal aussprechen! Es ist jederzeit motiviert und ansprechbar, ohne einen Gast im Service zu nerven. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte und aktive (Wandern) Zeit, abgerundet abends durch den neuen Spa-Bereich, der sehr sauber, ruhig und modern angelegt ist. Wir haben das Hallenbad und die verschiedenen Saunen genossen (Handtücher und Tee) inklusive. Ein rund-um gelungenes Wochenende an der Mosel was wir jedem empfehlen können.

Spent 2 nights here at Easter, what friendly staff and delicious food! No one can complain about that! Then they have a sauna room that is neat and spacious and a plus in our opinion! The only thing I would like to give as a tip is that the receptionist should explain when checking in that there will be a nameplate for you on one of the tables where you will sit with the food during your stay! So that this is clear to the guests that they know this because we had an unwilling guest who refused to leave our table and also did not pay for her drinks... How annoying that must have been for the staff... That's the scariest tip I can give! Also a big compliment!

Great hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff including the manager. Delicious food (half board). Great breakfast and evening buffet. Cute hotel newspaper with weather, excursion tips and sayings on the table every morning. We were there over Easter and would come back anytime. Beautiful new wellness area. Comfortable beds. Super good food. Very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was very clean. Good value for money. Conference room with large screen - great! The coffee machine in the conference area was also very good. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is well equipped. Our room was large and the mattresses were very good. The bathroom was well equipped, but could have been a bit bigger. There are two elevators that make it easy to reach the rooms on the upper floors. All we can say about the half board is: very good. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and the evening buffet always had very tasty dishes. A good mix of German and Italian cuisine, which tasted excellent every evening.

The welcome was very friendly. We got a room with a balcony. The room was quite large and because the weather happened to be nice for 3 days, we were happy with the balcony. The bathroom is compact, but everything is there. An excellent hairdryer, plenty of towels, tissues, cups, a large mirror and a lovely hot shower. Everything was very clean. There is nothing to criticize about the breakfast and dinner buffet. There is plenty of choice and everything is constantly being replenished. The staff is customer-oriented and very friendly. NB The completely renovated wellness department certainly deserves 5 stars! Really pretty!

A solid 3-star hotel. The rooms are big enough, the bathroom is perhaps a little small. I didn't think the bathroom was bright enough - there were just a few ceiling spotlights, but no additional lighting, e.g. on the mirror. The rooms were clean, a little old-fashioned but comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the same can be said about lunch. In summary, the hotel can be recommended - it is a solid 3-star hotel with a few extras (small swimming pool and sauna).

Great hotel for a short stay of 3 to 4 days, room a bit on the small side, bed took up almost the entire space. Bathroom was slightly bigger and clean. You can also see that this hotel was very modern 20 years ago, but now the infrastructure is somewhat dated. Breakfast was fine, but you have to sit at the table with others in the dining room. In short, a good hotel for a short stay where you are only there to eat and sleep.
