今次是相隔一星期第二次入住， 第一次給了五星好評， 今次令我失望， 我訂的是豪華双床房同我上次訂的一樣， 我想要高層， 服務員就給我12樓， 房間内她說細床， 說沒有其他房，可能有幾個旅行團所以缺房， 攞鎖匙打開房一看床真是很細， 冇房只有升級怎知是跌級， 價錢冇減 ，咁都得， 同上星期住的房差好遠, 當然要換回大床啦。 另外酒店大堂提供的免費紙包飲品， 全部是冒牌貨， 攞了一盒什麼師傅冰紅茶同原裝包裝 一樣， 飲落，口味完全不同， 才發覺是冒牌貨， 好在冇飲落肚， 其他口味飲料都是這樣雜牌及冒牌， 做壞招牌 ，取消這個服務吧， 飲完要去醫院就告你酒店， 建議你們轉用正牌飲料。
