I was not satisfied with the communication between Ctrip and the hotel. I originally booked two nights, but due to a change in itinerary, I needed to go to Rotterdam in advance (I still booked the hotel on Ctrip, and I only had the Ctrip app at the time). When I checked in, I arranged to get a refund for one night. The hotel agreed and arranged to refund me one night's tax and breakfast (not purchased by Ctrip), and Ctrip also agreed to arrange a refund for one night; but due to Ctrip's communication delay, I was unable to get a refund for one night, wasting my money, time and trust in Ctrip; so it feels like the promise at the beginning is not going to work later;

Top service, heating was defective, immediately given another room.
A little less was that we had to pay 12 euros for 2 late macchiato with caramel flavor. I think it's very expensive 🤔

Afgelopen donderdag mocht ik met mijn zoon, die vrijdag ging trouwen, de nacht doorbrengen in het Postillion Hotel. Mijn eerste bezoek daar, maar zeker niet de laatste, want alles was perfect en vooral de ontvangst bij de receptie: klasse.

Bij de receptie zijn we door Lonneke ontzettend vriendelijk en snel geholpen. De kamer was erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook aan de bar zijn we door Steven heel gastvrij geholpen. We kregen ook nog tips van het personeel wat er zoal in de omgeving te doen is. Zeker een aanrader en ik kom graag nog is terug.

Mooi hotel ,zeer vriendelijke personeel een lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze Bedden zijn zeer zacht dit is zeer aangenaam en ruime kamer. Hotel is gelegen een paar kilometer van centrum maar centrum is gemakkelijk bereikbaar.zeker een aanrader.

Fantastisch hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt. Hebben ook twee keer gedineerd en dat beviel prima. De kamer was keurig en voorzien van alles wat wij nodig hadden. Omdat wij van het prachtige Dordrecht en omgeving nog lang niet alles hebben gezien zullen wij zeker nog eens een bezoek brengen aan dit hotel
