This is not a hotel but an apartment block taken over by people. No elevator and the reception is in one of the apartments on the first floor, which makes the idea of entering an apartment like this very uncomfortable. The insulation is just not present, you can hear absolutely the whole building. In terms of cleanliness I have already seen worse but also much better.
