這是我住過最差勁的地方，簡直住了一晚難民營。我寫這評語是不想有更多人被欺騙。第一:地址嚴重不乎，圖1是我住的時候拍下的定位，圖2是給大家看清楚真實的位置離鳴沙山車程要15分鐘，圖3是我在攜程預訂時所出示的地址，嚴重不乎，絕對是欺騙，他們說那是一個集合的地方，早知道是這麼偏遠的話我是不會預訂的，最可惡的是叫他們給我確實地址，他們從頭到尾都沒有給我。因為那邊地方很雜亂，所以要找定位去CALL車是很難，而且因為很偏遠不是要靠他們找車戴我們根本離開不了。
第二:我們一去到便說攜程收他們的傭金很高不停叫我們取消訂單，然後給回我們百多元，我們一直說不需要，第二天他們說可以幫我找車離開，但先要取消訂單，幸好我們最後堅持不取消找朋友接送我們，否則連投訴的機會都沒有。這店超黑
第三:設施超級差，大床已經很硬，單人床竟然是木板加床單，地毯感覺有跳蚤咬，圖片可以看窗外環境的膠膜已經老化什麼也看不到，洗手盤超級淺，入面連漱口杯都沒有，最後要用飲水樽來刷牙，本想寧靜的看星星去到音響開得超大唱歌唱至午夜12時才停止，第二天一早約了拍敦煌照片，叫人怎樣睡覺，心情已經很差。竟然用1600元訂的房間在我與兒子洗澡後就連一滴水都沒有，致電給他說在維修，再晚一點發訊息便連回也不回，去廁所要用濕紙巾抹手，早上起床連牙都沒有得刷便去拍照，簡直崩潰。因為一早要他找司機給我，於是一早便出去但車費要收貴一點，到我拍完照回去水仍然未弄好，他們只把3個包子掛在門上，連一瓶水都沒有給，1600元的價錢連我這次最便宜3百多元的酒店也不如，最氣憤的是見到我的時候不是交代情況道歉，而是問我們取消單了沒有，真的想問他們一直是否這樣對待客人。差勁、過份、黑店。
最慘是很憤怒也不敢責罵，在這麼偏僻的地方，還帶著孩子，真不敢想像他們會做出什麼。
這一次的經驗讓我永遠也不會入住這些沙漠地方，叫天不應叫地不聞，任人宰割，多恐怖。超級差的入住經驗。

衞生很好，娛樂項目很多，很出片，值得推薦，體驗了摩託車，越野車，晚上還有篝火晚會，沙漠里美麗的煙花，真不錯！

沒有早餐，環境是沙漠帳篷，帳篷內有電，沒水。正好趕上下大雨，帳篷內很潮。接待人員態度還好。這都不是關鍵問題，關鍵我定的商家直接把我轉單了。而且沒有任何解釋，這是明騙啊。而且帳篷區實際是野外。但是給攜程的定位是市區其他某酒店。到地方打電話後，才給發另外一個位置，距離15公里，讓我們自己摸過去。體驗太差了！説好的迎賓水果沒有，提前入住被勸退，不加其它收費服務就態度冷漠。就是感覺一個被宰。
