This place is the pits, and should be condemned. It’s unclean with ***** on the toilet and unemptied bins. Huge spiders and a shower that wouldn’t get hot. Speaking of which, I was loathed to either shower or do my teeth, in case there was something wrong with the water as well. Service was pretty poor also. It’s cheap, but basic cleanliness and safety should be provided. Don’t go, it’s disgusting and there are other options.

DISGUSTING . How anyone in business could have a motel room in this condition is just outright lazy , filthy and should not be in business . The floor had stains everywhere and hadn't been cleaned for some time , toilet was dirty , stains on the wall , hair on pillows , no flywire in bathroom window and the rubbish bin had not been emptied . The owner may choose to live in conditions like that but please don't think we find them acceptable .

Dirty room. Blood smear on the wall. Filthy carpet. Stained & not vacuumed. There were toe nail clippings on the carpet next to the bed. Grubby walls. Dirty, stained coverlet over the damaged lounge. Bed sheets were clean but the cover smelled musty. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very hostile reception lady!!!! Rude to the point where I was so close to asking for my money back. Won’t stay here again that’s for sure. Very poorly maintained. Everything needs a huge overhaul. From reception to actually having plates and towels would have been nice. BBQ area that you “can use” is totally broken down with a massive hole in the middle. Pool is ok, yes the step ladder is broken but wouldn’t cost much to fix. It’s unfortunate because this place could be awesome. It’s a diamond in the rough.

The room stinks. It’s grotty and unclean. I appreciate it’s at the cheaper end so wasn’t expecting anything flash but it’s simply unhygienic. Not recommended. There’s plenty of other options in Tamworth.

Very low budget and you get what you pay for. Room stank, milk provided in fridge was curdled and off. Guest “Laundry” was disgusting and machine barely worked. I had to take our clothes to a laundromat instead. They were providing “community housing” when we were there and having some problems with those “guests” who didn’t ever remove their stuff from the dryer and stole things. The pool was ok for the kids but I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other options.
