The room was nice, with welcome snacks, which was very thoughtful! The downside was that there was no smile at the front desk, the kettle in the room was broken, and the one I replaced was still broken, so I covered my face.

A very satisfactory hotel during the trip to London. The location is very good, close to the subway station and bus station, with complete surrounding facilities, safe location and very British style. The room is small, especially the shower room is too small. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is very elegant, and the outdoor yard with olive trees is very pleasing to the eye. There are not many types of breakfast, but the pastry is delicious!

Nice, quiet, walking distance to the castle and city center attractions. There are several good restaurants around. Decent service, reasonable prices. There is a park next to it, with green lawns, which can be connected to the University of Edinburgh.

The room is large, well-equipped and clean. It is the best hotel I have stayed in in the UK in recent days.
