Booked room without windows. Smell old carpet in the room like not maintain well. Twin bed but one bed already broken. Dirty kettle in the room like in the picture.

Location and parking was very good but whatever you do don’t book the windowless rooms, they are in the basement and are a trek to get to. There is no ventilation in the room and it was claustrophobic, had to leave door open but felt unsafe in doing so and so couldn’t sleep.
