SCAM ALERT !!!! This is not a hotel but a harassment park. I did an online booking to this sh*t place and regret doing it. First, they have non cancellation policy for online booking. Second, the hypocrite owner sitting at the front desk refuses to let us in saying they can only accommodate family. Then why the hell are they taking online reservations? I wish I checked the extremely poor google reviews before I booked it. Moreover people with such mentality and zero ethical sense should be sued from any hospitality business. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS HOTEL. HARRASMENT IS ALL THEY OFFER.

l booked this Hotel through Agoda and paid Agoda. However the Hotel refused to accept the booking stating they have no arrangement either with OYO or Agoda. Please avoid this Hotel. I have still not received refund from Agoda.
