Westville Hotel

Friendly cheerful staff.. comfortable rooms clean & cosy . The menu for dinner & breakfast was fantastic so many options freshly cooked when ordered .. after an early walk a lovely pot of tea was on offer . I would recommend this little hotel .

This was one of the hotels included in our 14-day "My Ireland Tour" bus tour. Lovely hotel, and wonderful staff. Comfy beds, clean/lovely room, great breakfast. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again. What more can I say? Thank you!!!!!

Enjoyed 3 nights here and it was wonderful. So well-placed for everything in the town. The staff were delightful - all of them. Breakfasts were delicious and (unusually for hotels) the coffee was fine! They had a wedding function on one night and it was a bit noisy but what such function isn’t and it didn’t bother us. Only minor mis-step was the coffee machine with just one pod but management assure me that was an oversight and have apologised. We didn’t dine in the hotel as to us the menu did not suit us but we did try their sister establishments (Crowes Nest and The Firehouse) which were both excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable experience all round.

The main receptionist while we were staying was absolutely fantastic and helpful and breakfast reception from the main restaurant staff was very welcoming to make our staff most memorable indeed.

Fantastic hotel, everything was perfect and you couldn’t have asked for nicer staff, Room was huge and I was there for my partners birthday and we had a lovely happy birthday plate left in the room, highly recommend, in perfect location, walking distance from the town and shops

This was the 5th time I’ve stayed at the hotel It’s a fantastic place to stay enhanced by the amazing staff They are so friendly with every guest either on your first visit there or like me known as a Regular I could not recommend this hotel high enough to everyone

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westville Hotel, Enniskillen. The first night our room was too warm with no means of cooling it. We couldn’t sleep. We are very uncomfortable complaining about anything but felt we had to mention this so they could put it right and we could get a night’s sleep the second night. We spoke to the manager about it. She could not have been nicer in how she dealt with us. She sincerely apologised, moved us to a better room and even offered us a meal on the house or something off our bill. This was great customer service. Just a couple of months ago we had a similar problem in a highly reputable hotel, also 4 star, not that far from this one. That hotel also moved us to another room but offered no recompense for our sleepless night. We couldn’t recommend the Westville Hotel enough, beautiful inside, very helpful and friendly staff and fabulous food. We will definitely be back.

This is a very nice little hotel just about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Good parking area. Our room was a Deluxe Double on the first floor. It was a really good sized room with all the facilities we required. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - hot food served to order. Jacqui, who ran the restaurant in the morning, was so friendly and could not do enough to make us welcome. On the down side - the window in our bedroom was opaque, which we did not like at all. Perhaps they are trying to block out some unpleasant view, but we would still have preferred the window to be transparent. Unfortunately, there were some stains on the underside of the duvet cover - not really acceptable. Really good sized bathroom. Large 'pump' of body wash beside the wash hand basin but NO body wash for the bath. We ate in the Bar restaurant in the evening. The food was very mediocre. I ordered a fishcake from the starter menu - I would have needed a magnifying glass to find what was supposed to be pink trout. I wish them well in this hotel. They just need to tweak it a little and perhaps a bit of refurbishment as well.

Great service, comfortable room abd excellent breakfast cooked to order. However lack of air-conditioning and summer-weight bedding was a problem on warm nights.
