Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und das Personal war freundlich. Abendessen und Frühstück sind hier definitiv ungenügend. Die Kost ist auf deutsche Touristen ausgelegt. Es gab zwar am Abend sowie am Morgen eine Auswahl, jedoch wäre hier Qualität vor Quantität angebracht. Was als Wein angeboten wurde, war alles andere das, aber für diesen Preis ist wohl nicht mehr zu erwarten. Das Ambiente beim Essen war absolut trostlos, auch entstand eine gewisse Hektik, weil das Personal ständig das leere Geschirr abräumte, obwohl ein Grossteil der Gruppe noch beim Essen war. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt wohl. Wir empfehlen aber schwer, das Abendessen und allenfalls auch das Frühstück anderswo zu konsumieren.

Mein Bett war extrem weich, ich lag wie in einer Kuhle. Das Hotel soll mindestens drei Sterne haben und hat nicht einmal einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Essen ist in Ordnung . Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen. Halbpension war gut Personal war freundlich.

Ideal gelegen für ÖV-Reisende. Das Familienzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten ist ideal, wenn 2 Paare gemeinsam reisen (Wanderweekend). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr grosszügig und das Personal auch freundlich, obwohl alle sichtlich und verständlicherweise auf baldige Saison-Pause warten. Der Preis, wir bezahlten für 4 Personen 198 CHF inkl. Frühstück, ist für Schweizer Verhältnisse wirklich ein sehr faires Angebot!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The manager Carlos and restaurants manager mo mo were very aggressive in their approach to certain guests. The packed lunch was awful, you got shouted at at by staff if you moved tables took drinks outside used a coffee cup instead of tea cup. Had to rush all inclusive drinks as only available for 90 minutes. Bar never open. It was like a prison camp . Cannot believe the hostility from Carlos and mo mo. How they still have jobs is beyond me.

Stayed as part of a Shearings coach tour. Room large, clean and with alovely view. Very comfortable beds but no air con so , with outside temperatures in late 20's very, very hot. Excellent breakfasts but evening meals left a lot to be desired, especially with choice. If you are elderly, village is about 10 minute walk uphill. Staff were very friendly but drink prices were very high, £15 for a cocktail! Avoid the packed lunches at all costs. They are dire.

Extremely friendly staff. We really felt like home. The family room was spacious with a great terrace. The breakfast buffet had wide range of choices with a really good coffee. We are defintely coming back! Thank you for this great service.
