Spacious and clean room, very kind staff. Excellent location of the hotel: a few steps from both the station and the main places of interest in the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!!

pretty cool hotel, the room was nice the pepole were nice. the room was very cozy and functional. although a little small although i really didnt mind. i would recomend here for a quick trip to firence. it was fun for me and i think you should choosd this hotel for your trip to firence

Attention! Extremely incorrect behavior on the part of the hotel managers. The hotel is located in a Limited Transit Zone, if you reach it by car you pass through remotely monitored gates. On the hotel website it is reported that they can be included in a white list which temporarily allows access, a pity that the guest is not informed of this, even when the same is granted a discount at a nearby private car park! That is, I ask for parking for my car and am not informed that I must be authorized to have arrived at the hotel by car? Result? 74 euro fine to be paid to the Municipality of Florence.

the hotel is located near one of the most famous squares in Florence (8santa maria MAggiore) and therefore a stone's throw from the station. we arrived by car and then delivered to a garage service. very polite and courteous staff. good breakfast: complete and assorted. the rooms leave something to be desired. better cleaning would be very welcome. certainly the cost is high compared to the offer
