Hôtel très bien placé pour tout visiter à pied.
Grande chambre. Salle de bain rénovée (manque juste de quoi pouvoir poser ses cosmétiques). Propre. Minibar.
La dame qui sert le petit-déjeuner est très sympathique.
Situé en plein centre-ville, mais hormis les camions poubelle tôt le matin, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit.
Se situe au 4ème étage sans ascenseur.
En conclusion, nous recommandons.

Lage sehr zentral.
Zimmer nach ca. 80 Treppen zu erreichen, kein Lift, aber das war für uns okay.
Geruch im Zimmer war modrig, für uns sehr unangenehm. Obwohl das Zimmer sauber war. Vielleicht war die Couch im Zimmer der Grund dafür.
Frühstück minimalistisch für den Preis.
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Persönliche Meinung: Preis/Leistung könnte besser sein.

La mia seconda esperienza presso la Guest house, questa volta in famiglia, le camere sono sempre accoglienti, molto ampie e il personale molto garbato. La differenza della mia prima esperienza questa volta la colazione era nella stessa struttura, con varie tipologie di colazione. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla basilica, da ponte vecchio e dagli Uffizzi; facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Unica nota negativa, è difficilmente accessibile per i disabili in quanto il montascale non percorre tutte le scale e l’eventuale presenza di un ascensore in futuro potrebbe aiutare i viaggiatori a salire i bagagli lungo le scale.

Eccellente Guest House nel centro storico di Firenze ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. La camera era estremamente accogliente, pulita e arredata con gusto, creando un'atmosfera calda e rilassante. I servizi offerti erano impeccabili, con attenzione ai minimi dettagli per garantire il massimo comfort. La colazione era ottima, ricca e varia apprezzata in particolare la torta offerta . Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente, offrendo una soluzione di qualità a tariffe molto competitive. Un ulteriore vantaggio è la disponibilità di un parcheggio convenzionato nelle immediate vicinanze, rendendo facile l'accesso alla struttura per chi arriva in auto. Un ringraziamento particolare va al proprietario, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La sua accoglienza calorosa e l'attenzione costante durante tutto il soggiorno hanno fatto la differenza, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consiglio vivamente Eccellente Guest House a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza autentica e confortevole nel cuore di Firenze.

Great hosts, perfect location.
Felt very central to everything and only 10-15 minute walk from the tram which takes you direct from the airport.
The room it’s self was perfect with a nice continental breakfast in the morning and rooms cleaned daily.

Nice room (New York) very spatious , renovated bathroom, extremely central location behind Duomo cathedral. From this spot you could walk through all the city center. Mr Raphael very friendly , always there to prepare home made breakfast! Overall a very nice experience!
