The location is great. There are all kinds of small shops downstairs, selling delicious drinks, clothes and souvenirs. Opposite is a famous ice cream shop. There are long queues during the day and there are still people queuing late at night. It's not far to walk to various attractions. The room is clean and comfortable with complete supporting facilities. I will stay here again next time.

Excellent place we lived. Recommend restaurants, the sight spots are close to the apartment. our room is larger than the pic showed. Very cozy and full of art. Cristina is very helpful, she will get back to you asap. So surprise to me that she prepare the welcome gift for us and we enjoyed 3 wonderful nights in Florence.

The room is big enough, with a washing machine, kettle, and an elevator in the small apartment. It is within a 10-minute walk to the surrounding attractions, and there are many restaurants downstairs. However, you must contact in advance if you check in after 20:00, and prepare 25 euros for the front desk lady as overtime pay. It is best to download Uber to go to the train station, as taxis are difficult to get here. When you check in, the lady will tell you various precautions in detail. It is a bit similar to our B&B, so there is no problem with safety. You have to take the garbage downstairs yourself.

The front desk was very welcoming and recommended a delicious pizza restaurant downstairs. We were allowed to stay even though we arrived early. The room was large and the hotel was quite new. It was close to everything and you could walk there. Florence itself is small.

The location of the apartment is very good, just a few minutes walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi. It is also a relatively safe area.
