Not very clean and front desk staff virtually non existent. Room and hotel looked worn out. Went to check out and it took 10 minutes to find anyone at the front desk. She was outside somewhere. Much better hotels in the area to stay at rather than here.

The room was clean and the linens were fresh. There were a lot of guests in the bldg. that come and go but everything went smoothly and quickly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was very good.

Service was great, employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but adequate. Biggest issue was road noise, my room faced the interstate and noise kept me awake. Room was clean but shower drained slowly which was gross. Oh, and I hated the linens, there was something scratchy about the comforter/bedspread.

Hotel is rundown, shades broken, furniture in lobby broken, pool out of order, Toaster does not toast, About a third of normal Hampton breakfast items are missing. This is from a lifetime diamond with Hilton who has stayed in this hotel over 100 times. Believe it was sold and the new owner is sucking it dry.
