The staffs are friendly, conversing in English is difficult for them however they try to use translating software to bridge the gap.
Some find the choices of the breakfast are limited but I personally prefer quality over quantity, and its breakfast offers good quality.
It was late and raining one night and I called a cab to Hakata Station, costs about 1000 yen (300 yen for calling the cab) to get there.
