We are about to spend our last night here after six nights, and I’d like to share my excitement. An excellent hotel with even better service and amazing food. I’ve never experienced such helpful people at a hotel before, it almost felt surreal at first. The location by the river is perfect, the pool is sufficient, and occasionally a monitor lizard, kingfisher, or other local wildlife will show up in the garden. If you’re in the mood for the beach, the kind Upul will gladly take you there by tuk-tuk. Combined with Luba Tours, it’s the perfect choice

Stinking , unhygienic Terrible experience Unsafe for travellers Total mood for holiday got spoiled after this hotel visit . Staffs working are good . But poor guys what can they do if owner doens't co-operate. Poor facilities ...... Worst experience

Worst property in srilanka . Scam guys . Owner is fully money minded . Threatens with goons in case needed . Zero facilities . AC barely works . Foreigners keep away from this place . The property has 8 rooms . almost Everyone complained and this owner wants his money irrespective on poor services . Scam , Fraud alert .

Poor Service ! AC not functioning. Zero Hospitality Not at all safe , Especially for foreigners . Scam guys - they will not accept that service is not good . They would say if u want to leave - leave my property but pay the money . Total fraud guys . I have already raised to Srilankan tourism about this property

The warmest welcome at this lovely family run hotel, after a very disrupted trip from the UK. Kind staff, gorgeous food and a well sized family room awaited us after we were delayed by 8 hours on the journey from Birmingham. Sadly we did not get to use the pool but the setting was beautiful, with lovely flowers and wildlife (including a water monitor lizard - seen from a distance on the lawn below our balcony overlooking the pool.) The breakfast the next day was delicious including coconut pancakes and tropical fruit. They also got me a birthday cake for after breakfast which was served on a little table next to the river. Very sad we had so little time there but I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Magnifique hôtel, propre. Personnel très avenant gentil.vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Au niveau restauration impeccable délicieux raffiné avec beaucoup saveur sans trop d épices . Piscine très propre, chaude... Vue imprenable, paisible, paradisiaque

Mein Bruder und ich hatten einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Die Eigentümer und das Personal sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Menschen. Es fehlt an nichts! Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren immer super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und um die Süd-West Küste zu erkunden. Mit dem Tuk Tuk sind es ca. 7min in die Stadt und 10min zum nächsten Strand. Aber auch Ausflüge bis nach Galle oder in den Sinharaja Regenwald sind kein Problem. Wer entspannen möchte, kann es sich auf einer der Liegen am Pool gemütlich machen und die Sonne genießen. Der Pool ist eine angenehme Abkühlung und immer sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
