007客服很熱情，服務態度很好。住在這邊比較安靜，怕吵的可以來這邊住。普通標間環境一般般，貴一點的還是可以的。

房間臟的很，枕頭髮黃滂臭，網上寫的1米8的床，實際入住是1米5，虛假宣傳，房間實在太臟了，後面我要求換了另外一個房間，另外一個房間牆面嚴重脱落髮黴，吊頂一個洞，衞生間也漏水，而且當晚沒有熱水，住七樓電梯衹能到6樓，還要走樓梯上7樓，樓梯又小又窄，樓梯雜物也多，安全隱患大，早上退按金催了幾遍，一直慢吞吞，態度惡劣，要不是當天入住很晚了，我馬上掉頭就走。
