Hotel is all good and clean. Just that the location is in a non established area. But nearby all amenities are available and local fare is all around. So basically is all good

Place was alright for its price, but one of staff was particularly unhelpful. Purposefully tried to demand payment for tourism tax when we were in fact malaysian, had to challenge it for over an hour before they were willing to back down. Not willing to provide black and white the entire time. We had paid a full month's worth, but had to leave due to personal issues. They assured us we could withhold the remaining dates, but when we returned they told us it was unusable. Terrible staff!
