Geneva Hotels with Pools

It's so easy to write a review when the issues identified in the review of a previous stay last year remain uniformly the same. And since the hotel at that time wrote, ”you can be assured that your remarks will be discussed with our team so that your next visit will give you complete satisfaction”, but obviously did nothing, it seems fair to deduct another star from the rating. It's a pity, but I don't see why the blatant lie should be overlooked. So, copying word-for-word from my last review, ”almost all [problems] concerned breakfast, where the potatoes were tough and dry, where the buffet included no fish products (no lox, no hering, no whitefish) and no mushrooms, where the selection of bread was like that of a two- or at most three-star hotel.” Yes, it's exactly the same now as it was then. There are no other significant deficiencies at this property, overlooking the fact that it is a bit dated overall (though in good shape as far as I could see). Positives include: - Breakfast open from 05:45, this already sets the hotel apart - Gym fully equipped and open 24 hours; there is even apparently a pool - Room was large, with both a bathtub and a shower stall - Easily walkable from the airport (signage not perfect in a couple of spots) - Executive lounge food selection in the evening not very inspiring, just managed to be adequate Really, the hotel should address the deficiencies related to breakfast AND not dishonestly imply that you're going to but then fail to.

On the shores of Lake Geneva, authentic French luxury, from concierge to check-in to Izumi on the top floor overlooking the entire landscape, this hotel interprets the new definition of luxury. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller and the price is more expensive.

Very good stay experience, everyone in the hotel team is kind and friendly, the location is also excellent, the lake and the big fountain are right outside. The Chinese food on the first floor and the Italian food on the second floor are both good. I will stay again.

The hotel and staff looked after us exceptionally well during our first stay to Geneva. The room was ready as we arrived at the hotel at 9:30am and they had kindly upgraded us to a room with a lake view to celebrate the reason for our trip. The staff could not have been more welcoming, kind and helpful during our stay. The concierge was extremely helpful and gave us many tips on where to visit during our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the setting is really special. The hotel is a 40 minute walk to the old town which we enjoyed each day, although the hotel do offer guests a travel card which allows use of public transport which was super easy. The swimming pool is wonderful - the only downside to our trip was our final day when there wasn't enough sun beds at the pool and we would recommend that perhaps hotel guests could reserve the beds to ensure this didn't happen. All in all a fabulous trip one that we will remember and the hotel 10/10!

The last hotel in Switzerland, the price is relatively cheap, the environment is very good, the decoration is my favorite style. The toilet and shower are separate and very user-friendly. The elevator can only be filled with two people, unable to vomit, but does not affect the hotel experience. There is a Lebanese restaurant in the surrounding area. The local area is popular and tastes good.

Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

This was my first stay in Geneva and as always I had a wonderful time. Let's start with the check in, all the staff were happy and smiling which made me feel very welcome. Provence was very kind and she showed me the way to the room and also the hotel facilities. I loved the room, so spacious and open in white, very big bed and in front of a huge garden. The welcome gift was a highlight for me: a big bottle of red wine which is made by the owner and also delicious chocolate with caramel. It was very interesting for me that the hotel logo was everywhere, on the chocolate, on the cappuccino, the club sandwich etc. We ate so much , the breakfast was perfect too, I can recommend the pancakes, the cappuccino and the fresh orange juice (so sweet oranges like in Greece).You can eat also sushi for breakfast.Simon I think was his name, he was the best at breakfast, so attentive and happy to assist us. The hallways of the hotel leading to your room are what really wowed me. They are flawless in their finish. Great car and driver picking you up at the train station. Wonderful service and staff. Breakfast in the Resturant was great but room service had many issues on the 3 times we used it. Room looks as new and very clean and I am a very picky guest. It seems like a small private hotel which we loved.
