Same goes to me..we never had an experience like this..comfy ask for xtra charge for extra pack,ok i understand..but we change mind that we can check in just 1 family and they refused to give us check in..i paid for it..no manners!!band comfy!

The marketing “comfy” ask for additional cost that more expensive than the booking price itself. I booked for 4 adults, she asked me how many person will come. I said, wirh 3 children. Then i revised, only 2 kids (1 baby and 1 toddler) and she keep straight charged me with 3 person x 3 nights x 150RM! My total booking actually only 1200RM but with extra charge will be 2650. It doesn’t make sense that she charge the extra cost for baby and toddler. Another property never charged me like that.

Very bad ****** experience. I have made a reservation and the contactperson asked me different questions. I have answered all of them. After that he cancelled the reservation and he doubled the price for one night stay. I have been traveling my whole life but never experienced somebody excluding guest because of race. Never again!
