Sadece 1 gece konakladım, konum çok iyi. Temiz ve ferah bir oda. Ses yalıtımı zayıf ama otel sessiz bir bölgede. Resepsiyon ve restoran çalışanları ile iletişimim oldu, sıcak ve yardımsever tavırlarla karşılaştım.

Nice hotel, in the center on the edge but still easy to reach, parking Friday market just a stone's throw away.
Very spacious room, large bed, mini bar, coffee facility, bathroom with bath and shower, beautiful view of the water.
Friendly staff at reception, less so at breakfast.
Nice breakfast room on the 3rd floor with a view over Ghent and the water.
Breakfast buffet good but not luxurious.
This hotel is definitely recommended!

We went to Ghent Rivers hotel on 23 march. I requested early check in and romantic package ( rose leaves and champagne) It was perfect! This hotel is not expensive it is in the middle of Ghent City close to all stores and monuments. The people who work there are verry friendly and kind. Also the rooms are verry clean and beautiful! 10/10 price quality room service possible

Room did not measure up to photos nor expectations. Bathroom not well cleaned, fridge did not work, neither did airco. Had to press for my own suggestion they swapped fridge with one from unoccupied room. Airco blew air but not cooled so temp increased at night from 19C to 23C. Uncomfortable. Do not take a room on the ground floor, that’s where cleaning starts early in the morning, room is dark n too close to the water to enjoy the view. Breakfast was mediocre. Exactly the same both mornings, scrambled eggs very wet, ‘juice’ is the cheapest kind there is (like colored water). They do offer plant-based alternatives to dairy. People working at breakfast are very friendly. Overall okay hotel, good location but too expensive for the quality and service offered.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und eher im alten Stiel eingerichtet. Das Bad war auch gross und hell. Die Schlafqualität war sehr gut. Das Frühstück Buffett hätte noch etwas mehr Früchte anbieten können. Ansonsten war aber alles super und das Personal freundlich.

Room was nice, very humid constantly in bathroom, towels evwn when dry felt damp. Shower gel in shower was empty, when we went down to ask for more, we were questioned "really" by staff. Description states work out room and sauna, beware says nowhere that you need to pay each time for sauna, 72 euros!!!! Every little thing had price tag attached, surprised they didn't charge us per pod of coffee.
