Drinks are served in plastic cups. Everything is limited, entrance to the Turkish bath and sauna is free between 12 and 14.00. We cannot use it due to the hotel entrance and exit times. The food is mediocre. In drinks. The rooms are very dirty. We paid little, but my money went to waste. I definitely do not recommend

Na 3uur vertrokken wat een vies slecht hotel! oude vieze kamer badkamer vol schimmel 100jaar oud ,vies eten veel te veel mensen voor her zwembad en restaurant 1verschrikking ,heb een ander hotel geboekt !totaal geen service in dit hotel wat een vreseslijke ervaring slechte hotel wat ik ook heb gezien in turkije !

Худшее место для худшего отдыха Как вообще можно приглашать гостей для отдыха в этот отель? Ни еды,ни обслуживания,ни чистоты,ни анимации,ни нормального бассейна,все в нерабочем убитом состоянии Как можно брать за это деньги и вообще как позволяют таким отелям работать? We have been in Turkey 7 times, in hotels of various classes and prices, but this one just killed us. The curtains are dirty, there is mold, the rooms are not in order, the view from the balcony is rubbish. The beach is dirty. The food is very poor, no choice. The only meat is soy meat. The daughter was poisoned. Ruined vacation, wasted money, the agent offered this hotel as very good, but the reality is a barn. Avoid this place and don't go, I don't understand how travel agents suggest to go. The hotel is not worth even one star.

Отдыхала с ребёнком в июне 2024 г. Отель не тянет на заявленные 4 звезды, даже не дотягивает до 3. Номера все однотипные, в одних не работает кондиционер, в других сантехника, ванная комната вообще без комментариев, когда идёшь в душ, все принадлежности нужно ставить на унитаз, т.к. нет даже полочки для шампуня и т.п. Для сушки белья тоже ничего не предусмотрено.При заселении в номере не было полотенец и даже туалетной бумаги. Что меня шокировало больше всего, в такую жару на территории отеля и ресторана не включают кондиционеры, это просто издевательство над людьми, дышать просто не возможно! У нас в номере не работал кондиционер, на следующий день заправили фрион, но ситуация сильно не изменилась, пояснили тем, что кондиционерам уже 20 лет и что вы хотите.. По еде- это всегда одно и тоже, курица, рис, один раз была рыба. От голода не умрёте, но на курицу теперь даже смотреть не могу. Детского меню нет. Русских гостей почти нет, в основном гости из Украины, Турции и др. стран. На ресепшене встретили хорошо, но это не меняет представление об отеле. Деньги в отель ни кто не вкладывает и менять ничего к лучшему видимо не собирается!
