We had a great time, the resort is beautiful and the people are friendly. The mini club for kids were amazing especially Alina, she was very good the my daughter and we will miss her. The only point i would like to make is that the air conditioning at the main bar was not very strong and the outside restaurants did not have fans so it was uncomfortable while eating. Our overall experience was good.

Our experience has been good here, it’s a lovely family resort surrounded with stunning scenery . There is a good choice of restaurants , we have particularly liked eating lunch at the sunset bar as food really fresh and the sea view is breathtaking. The entertainment programme is good , lots of variety - the animation team are very friendly , we really liked Bilge. Our youngest daughter enjoyed the kids club also when she wanted a break from the sun. We would come back

I have to admit the staff are amazing, I have met Bunyamin from guest relation,Ahmed from animation team, eylem, Gülşen, gulsum,Cansu, İbrahim from the lounge area are amazing, so kind, caring,hardworking and I am very pleased with the service from them. The bar section, Murat, Sinem are really lovely they treat you very well always ask if you need anything. Gozlemeci Emine was amazing the food was delicious. Spa is amazing you all have to try spa I was served by Murat the prices were very decent you must all try spa if you ever go. Ayhan the general manager is very kind and always willing to help you. The hotel is nice but it needs improvement, the sea is gorgeous, the foods are amazing. It needs improvement in terms of the design, and it needs some changes to be made as it’s too crowded wherever you go and there is not enough spaces for you to sit.

Entertainment team were fabulous and always had us up dancing! Shows, activities was also amazing. Foods delicious, rooms clean, everything excellent!!! Cagla and chiba were fantastic at giving us the best experience at the disco! Highly recommended

Love music is amazing, service is great, the activities are very engaging. The food is very well made, and the regular activities are well put together Serife very friendly. Entertainment team is very friendly with all guests and joins in alot of the activities including dancing

Шоу, анимация и море Bilge, характеристики отеля,нормер, что касается едыв отеле,шоу были разнообразными и приятными, вид на море красивый имеется 2 пирса что меня очень порадовало есть от куда прыгнуть в воду если есть желание, алкоголь хорошего качества

Комфортабельный отель для спокойного семейного отдыха в великолепном хвойном лесу с пальмами, грейпфрутовыми и лимонными деревьями на берегу моря. Пляж песчаный , но с большими валунами в море возле берега. Море было горячее, чистое и прозрачное. Правда. в последнее время появились кусачие рыбки ( не пираньи, но кусаются чувствительно). Большой бассейн с горками и ,не большой, в зоне СПА. Очень много лежаков, зонтиков и соломенных навесов по всей территории отеля, возле бассейна и на пляже. Корты и площадки для игры в мяч, настольный теннис. Детский клуб для детишек до 8-9 лет Подросткам особых развлечений и дискотек нет. Вечерние шоу в амфитеатре для всей семьи. Обильная вкусная еда, хотелось бы разнообразнее меню морепродуктов. Расчеты в ресторанах а ля карт и магазинах в отеле в евро. Номера просторные, уборка ежедневная. Очень приветливый и услужливый персонал. Особый респект сотруднице ресторана TUGBA.Отдыхом довольны все.

We stayed here many times and always left happy and satisfied. Beautiful hotel, friendly and professional hotel staff, excellent management. Restaurant staff was always accommodating our needs due to our younger children and they always went extra mile. Thank you all. We will come back again.

otele 1 haftalığına geldik hizmetten ve etkinliklerden memnunum hiçbir gün sıkılmadım.karaoke plaj voleybolu gibi bir sürü etkinliğe katıldım.Yemekler çeşitliydi.Doğayla iç içe bir oteldi.Şerife hanım bizim ailemizle ilgilendi ona ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.❤️❤️
