Estrutura excelente e atendimento impecável. A vista do quarto é linda e o local muito tranquilo. A piscina e jacuzzi são ótimas, aproveitamos o serviço do spa e tb adoramos. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e solícitos, e ainda ganhamos um kit de boa viagem no final, que tornou tudo realmente irretocável.

Hotel aconchegante e limpo! Achei um pouco quente todos os ambientes…Senti falta de mais funcionários circulando. A comida é boa mas, as carnes não. A massagem super indico embora seja Preço salgado. Gostei tb do quarto e seus detalhes. O hotel todo tem uma Iluminação incrível. E a parte Kids é um achado para quem tem filhos pequenos, há bastante espaço e atividades.

O Hotel e SPA Villa Bella é maravilhoso! Sempre que vamos a Gramado/RS nos hospedamos lá. A estrutura como um todo é magnífica! Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e cordiais, fazendo com que nos sintamos em casa! A delicadeza de todos está em cada detalhe da acolhida aos hóspedes! Um grande diferencial é que eles possuem uma cozinha inclusiva para aqueles que possuem alguma restrição alimentar. No meu caso, sou celíaca e pude desfrutar das delícias que um belo café da manhã proporciona com toda a segurança necessária. Estão de parabéns!

Gostamos da higiene do quarto, e a piscina amamos muito! Nós sentimos em casa quando estamos no Villa Bella, porque cada espaço nos traz um aconchego. Uma das características que particularmente gosto muito, é que o Hotel recebe muitas famílias com crianças, quando estamos longe de casa gostamos de ver a alegria delas.

Tudo muito perfeito, atendimento dos recepcionistas, café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedade e reposição, limpeza, enxoval, excelente estrutura, localização do hotel com fácil acesso ao centro de Gramado com transfer gratuito para o centro da cidade com horários já definidos 03 vezes ao dia. Não tenho nada a reclamar. Adorei minha estadia, recomendo à todos!

Hotel muito bom para família com crianças, já fomos diversas vezes e voltaremos muitas. Funcionários atenciosos e atendimento muito bom. Recreação excelente, estrutura ótima para casais e para família. Recepção nota 10 e as meninas da recreação são maravilhosas e tornam a estadia ainda mais especial por tratarem tão bem as crianças. Lugar bom para descansar e curtir uma linda paisagem. Café da manhã maravilhoso.
