Posizione insuperabile, camere pulite e servizio buono. Leggendo le recensioni precedenti temevo fosse quasi una sola, in realtà è andata molto bene, noi avevamo cena e colazione inclusa, quest'ultima ottima ma sulla cena mi impegnerei un pochino di più in termini di qualità.

Albergo vetusto con spazi imbarazzanti tipo area bimbi, 4 stelle forse negli anni.70..ora 2 scarse, cibo da mensa, posizione buona ,camere ampie ma vecchie. Il personale abbastanza disponibile e gentile. La TV è praticamente inutilizzabile, l ascensore spesso rotto.

La struttura non è un albergo a quattro stelle, salvo forse per la dimensione degli spazi. L’albergo è sporco, per certi aspetti fatiscente, gli ascensori sono rotti o insicuri. Totalmente assenti le facilitazioni per disabili o persone con difficoltà di deambulazione. Il personale della ricezione è totalmente inadeguato, maleducato a livelli insopportabili ed incapace di trattare con i clienti. Il resto del personale ha atteggiamenti non professionali. Le camere non sono rinnovate da troppo tempo, la pulizia quotidiana è approssimativa (mozziconi di sigarette bibite versate e capelli à gogo). Il il cibo è pessimo, a tratti immangiabile (eravamo a mezza pensione). Il pane della prima colazione aveva la consistenza della pietra. Anche l’igiene della cucina lasciava molto desiderare, con capelli nei piatti e altro piacevolezze simili. Una visita dei carabinieri dei NAS avrebbe come probabile effetto la chiusura immediata delle strutture. Alcune stanze avevano un odore nauseabondo. Ma collocazione è ottimale ma non è merito dell’albergo le cui vicinanze sono comunque circondate da residui di cantieri.

Struttura datata, personale scortese e poco sensibile, cibo pessimo, ascensori guasti. Pulizia accettabile delle stanze scarda nei luoghi comuni. Orari del bar limitati e non essendoci luoghi esterni nelle vicinanze bere un caffè risulta un problema. Unico punto posizione splendida

The locations is perfect, closely located to the ski-lifts. However, the hotel is out-dated and is dirty or better say, not daily cleaned. The food is average, but OK after a long day of skiing. If I would be the owner, i would invest in a good quality coffee machine. Last but not least, the ski/snowboard storage is horrible

Professional, helpful and very friendly interaction with all hotel staff. I was part of a large group that consisted of forty children. The building and rooms were quite basic. Only one plug socket that was hanging out of the wall and on opposite side of room to bed. Bathroom was quite compact but very functional. Bedding seemed a bit low quality. Pillows, pillow covers, duvet and duvet cover were nylon or polyester. Mattress very firm but I like that so comfortable for me but very mixed feelings amongst myself group. Food - OK overall as they were catering for perhaps two hundred guests at a time, the service was good with plenty of food on offer. Three pasta dishes, basic salad and two or three second plate dishes on offer every evening. Breakfast had a daily offering of cereal, yogurt, some fruit, some pastries, sliced bread, bread rolls, scrambled eggs and bacon. Drinks - A selection of tea bags, poor quality juice and hot chocolate machine. Coffee - was not good from machine in dining room but only option. Ski slope - Access from hotel involves a five minute walk carrying your skies to gondola or cable car. It's a friendly, comfortable and functional place to stay that perhaps might benefit from a little renovation update... Only in myself opinion !

Personaggio al bar inquietante ( alla Jeffrey damer)ed inoltre un soggetto secco e lungo alla reception che nel voler fare lo ' splendido" Risulta solo rozzo e scortese persino con i bambini.Savoir faire zero. Un pezzo di cioccolato kinder è rimasto per giorni sulle scale che collegano i piani e le camere .....ed inoltre c'era anche l'armadietto dell'angoscia camera che si poteva aprire anche senza avere la chiave(la serratura era mobile)bastava muovere la serratura a 100 gradi che si apriva...anche non avendo la chiave... Giudizio:inclassificabile Se ci fosse stata la possibilità di mettere inclassificabile nel giudizio l'avrei messa

Forse ai tempi d'oro meritava tutte le sue 4 stelle ma oggi...... Si vede che è un albergo "datato" e che avrebbe bisogno di una sostanziosa ristrutturazione, sia in termini strutturali che di personale: le camere sono quasi tutte con moquette, vecchia, sporca e piena di macchie; molto spesso sono sporche e con qualcosa di rotto, le pulizie vengono fatte in maniera molto approssimativa sia nelle camere, che nei loro bagni che negli spazi condivisi. Non c'è attenzione al cliente: spesso il personale risponde in maniera sgarbata o fa pesare situazioni che il cliente non dovrebbe nemmeno conoscere; i pasti sono appena accettabili, sempre più o meno uguali (pasta in tutte le salse e carne); il tempo di apertura della cucina è scandaloso: un'ora a pranzo e una a cena, se si arriva un minuto dopo loro "tolgono tutto".... Avrebbe un grande potenziale sia per dimensioni che posizione, peccato. Non ve lo consiglio!

Hotel molto grande, situato alla fine di Gressoney La trinité. Punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, dista 10 minuti a piedi dagli impianti, dai noleggi e dai pochissimi locali della zona. Personale cortese e disponibile. Avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di essere ristrutturato, togliendo moquette polverosa e aggiunìstando le cose rotte. Abbiamo trovato gli ascensori sempre guasti, per cui il trasporto delle valigie è stato molto difficoltoso. Deposito sci con armadietti vecchi e arrugginiti. La cucina è nella media, a self service, molto varia sia a colazione che a cena. Anche qui personale gentilissimo.
