The rooms are neat and clean, the staff is very cooperative, Breakfast was also good, Location was a bit odd, but the Airport shuttle service was a respite, and once you reach the Airport, you have the access to the entire city by the Metro network, will recommend if one wants a peaceful stay away from the busy city.

Room spacious and comfy, separated shower, and toilet bowl, and washing basin. Free supper for guests 9pm-00am, very considerate for those guest arrived late after long flight or long travel. Free cloth washing and drying facility and gym room. Will definitely stay here again for early flight. Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast starts 6am, but if you want to catch early flight earlier than 6pm, they will prepare take away breakfast for you.

The location to the airport is close. The staff are friendly, they don't speak English, but they use electronic translators and that's enough. The room was clean, but in some places the walls were peeling, most likely due to moisture. One of the towels was torn, the others looked clean but old .The proximity of the elevator and flying planes overhead worsened the quality of sleep. Overall, the hotel meets its price point.

The beautiful woman at the front desk was really gentle and had a very good service attitude. The driver was also very punctual. This was a wonderful start to my trip to Guangzhou. We went down for breakfast after 9 o'clock. There were many choices, which was great! There is also an early morning service when I return to Beijing. In case of an incident, this hotel is very helpful and has a great sense of responsibility. The hotel is very quiet to sleep in. You can hardly hear the sound of airplanes. It is only 10 minutes away from the airport. The double bed room is very suitable for bringing a baby. It is very spacious and the room is very big. There is no odor, especially the sanitary napkins. It is quite a rush. , it lived up to the hotel I had been looking at for several days. The fully intelligent Xiaodu Xiaodu really frees up both hands and can do it all at once. My choice is quite impressive!

Stayed here for a night to take a flight out of Baiyun International Airport the next morning. It’s a good location as it’s close to the airport and it’s on a busy street with lots of different restaurants and shop options. The only complaint I have is that the room smelled slightly of cigarettes. Despite this I would stay here again, the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport is quite convenient!

I’ve been to many hotels and different hotel chains, and I have never seen a super customer service and hospitality like I have seen from this hotel, especially from Mr. Wang Yang
He make the experience special and always available to support even when he is during non-working hours
I’ll for sure stay here again and it is always my choice when I want to stay close to Guangzhou airport. Very close to the airport with shuttle buses service every 30 minutes for T2. And, T1 is just in the back side of the hotel.

The room type Zhou Zheng, there are no pillars in the room. There are many cost-effective restaurants around, and the daily expenses are actually lower than when you are at home. GGuest UserHampton Inn Guangzhou Baiyun is a brand new hotel with complete facilities. The breakfast is also very rich. From the moment we picked up the hotel, the hotel provided services beyond expectations. We have six suitcases. After checking in, our luggage was delivered to the room almost at the same time. The robot service can take it away. Takeaways, etc. were delivered directly to the room. On the day of check-out, we made a reservation for pick-up in advance. In the morning, we informed the front desk that we were ready to leave. The service staff came up quickly to help us carry our luggage down. When we came down, all the luggage had been loaded into the car. The door was opened while we were waiting. I was surprised by this service. I have stayed for more than 1,000 yuan a night and have never enjoyed such service. Special thanks to the front desk staff for providing a lot of help and the pick-up and drop-off chef! Next time I am transiting through Baiyun, I will still choose Hampton!

AAscotThe hotel is spotlessly clean, inside the room especially. Super quiet, did not hear a soul from outside the room. Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
