這家酒店的服務大大超出預期，攜程上的照片不僅寫實，而且房間裏面的用品非常齊全，用品的品牌也非常好，下午有贈送的精緻下午茶，尤其是我臨時給酒店説母親過生日，酒店當天還給準備了生日蛋糕！實在是太滿意了～特別是管家小羅、小瑩和小敏，超級盡心，下次還來！

匠廬酒店不愧是奢華和服務的招牌，在匠廬住宿是一次極致的享受，房間寬敞而豪華，每一個角落都體現出了精緻的細節，床品非常舒適，讓我得到了良好的睡眠質量.服務方面，管家小陶、小敏和小黑，態度熱情，且非常專業 前台還免費升了房間，他們為顧客做出了非常周到的服務，讓顧客倍感温馨.我還特別喜歡這裏的早餐，有多種選擇，味道好極了

本來沒有報太大期望，一般有個獨享環境的網紅酒店細節都不會太好。但匠廬閲山真沒讓人失望。環境打造的獨特性自不用説，傍晚的晚霞圍爐夜話感受非常好，頂樓的觀山景也是值得享受的。房間衞生做的很好，細節很滿意！最主要的，早餐太好吃了！牛肉粉兒味道簡直了，每樣兒食品都讓你感覺到家裡的飯菜一樣細緻可口！我還會再為了早餐而再來的！
