I stayed at flexi lets, bury fields house, Guildford. The hosts were rude. The flat had cheap and nasty furniture. The toilet, dishwasher, and heating were faulty. The dishes were not cleaned, the flush kept going, and the flat was too hot. All the towels had stains and there was mould around the shower. It was on the ground floor opposite the rubbish bins. And the neighbour above kept banging on the ceiling. It was rubbish, and the hosts didn’t put it right.
