recently stayed at perch Arbor suits and had an overall pleasant experience. The first thing that stood out was the welcoming and friendly staff, who were always available to assist with any needs. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff ensured I had all the information I needed about the amenities. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern decor. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like complimentary water and coffee. However, the size of the room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the view from my window wasn’t the best.

Excellent place for family stay. My mom was getting treatment in Medanta . We stayed for 15 days . Great staff and accommodation. Very caring front desk managers … including Payal and others. Also the room helper Rishab is outstanding . The cleaning crew did an excellent job . Home like food and they can cook according to your needs.I highly recommend this place .

Good staff , good food , good managers - Medha and Movina .. Staff and manager are very cooperative.. Room is spacious and there’s good vibe outside the hotel.. Overall good experience .. would recommend others to stay in this hotel if you are looking for hotel in Gurgaon..

Perch Arbor Suites was such a nice place with we enjoyed on our 2 weeks sstay. With good ambiance, nice self contained rooms , security is good and great hospitality from Payal, the team and staff. Cant forget our well equipeg kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay

The stay in the hotel was pleasant and we got good service from the executive Hashir and Lilanshu in the dinning area, also the vegetables food and breakfast were good and other things in the hotel were also good, like the swimming pool was good.

The hospitality is great. Management is very responsive towards every issue raised by the guests and give extra assistance where need be.. I am please with manager Medha and Payaal. I had to pickup my sister from airport late in the night and I didn't even figure how I was going to do and when I approached manager Medha...he was really responsive..got us a driver and went ahead to stay up to ensure the driver was right on time....the uber was very clean and decent l, driver was patient for my sister delayed to come out but he waited until we were fully done at no extra cost.. we were surely amused. The hygiene at Perch suites is the best I have ever had through my India experience and all the staff are really hospitable supportive and respectful. Looking forward to doing this again with Perch Arbor suites.

Payal at the reception is very co-operative. The room and the washroom is big and also clean. The rooms even have a balcony atteched to the room. The food here is very good. Room service is also nice and the stuff is good. The market is also very near (2-3 mins away)

Great place to stay Payal at front desk has been very helpful. Clean and neat stay for business travel Breakfast was good and enough to start the day. Additionally the place was maintained clean and there was a security guard at night to ensure safety.
