This spot’s such a rare cozy safe haven on the road—solid 5 stars, no cap! （reviewed by a Vietnamese 🇻🇳) My stay here blew every expectation out the water, I just gotta leave a proper glowing review. I hit up the host way ahead to sort out my itinerary, and they were super patient and thorough the whole time. Check-in was quick and hassle-free once I showed up. They even hooked me up with local hidden gems for sightseeing and great eats, saved me tons of time stressing over travel plans. The room was cleaned spotless, every nook and cranny—floors, bathroom, everything’s immaculate. Bedding’s fresh, soft and lightly scented clean. The mattress hits just right on firmness; after a long day running around, I crash straight into a solid night’s sleep. The complex is dead quiet with top-tier soundproofing, zero annoying disruptions at all. All amenities you could ask for are here: steady hot water, fast Wi-Fi, every little daily essential covered. Super convenient location too—shops and restaurants right nearby, and parking’s a breeze if you’re driving. The host never bugged me nonstop, just thoughtful touches everywhere. It doesn’t feel like some generic commercial rental at all; more crashing at a buddy’s place, warm and genuine. Total bang for your buck! Service: 👍🏻 First off, the front desk lady was super nice and patient, helping us choose a room that fit our needs perfectly. Environment: 🏠 The room was quite spacious and the soundproofing was excellent. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, and there was a smart toilet. Overall, very clean. Facilities: 🛋️ There are lots of booth seats in the common area, plus free coffee, which is a big plus. 🚗 The hotel has plenty of its own parking spaces, which is super convenient for those driving. Breakfast: 🥗 The breakfast selection was quite rich, with common items like noodles and wontons. The fruit was fresh, and they even had local specialties like savory milk tea and naan. Overall, very satisfied! 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious hotel, which provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for the three of us. The manager was especially kind and generously gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of local delights and was a great way to start the day. We were also pleasantly amused by the automated delivery robot, which brought our Didi deliveries promptly to our room. The washers and dryers were another thoughtful convenience, and we especially liked the smart home system that allowed us to check which machines were available and whether our laundry was done without having to leave the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return again.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep. The location is superb, with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making for a perfect stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

The room decor blends vintage charm with simple elegance. The hotel's restaurant feels like a state guesthouse with its delicious food, and the courtyard is like a small forest. The air is fantastic, it's quiet and secluded, and even the trees are numbered and certified. Most importantly, it's a hotel with history and stories. We canceled other guesthouses and extended our stay here precisely because it's irreplaceable and one-of-a-kind. Breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, at 58 per person. The ice cream shop in the courtyard is also in an old building, with many flavors and a great vibe! 👍

The hotel is a standalone building with its own courtyard, offering convenient parking. It's a bit of a walk from Liuxing Street, about a kilometer, but manageable. The service could use some improvement; the coffee machine is behind the counter, so guests can't use it themselves, and it wasn't offered during check-in.

It's so comfortable! I've never been to Yili before, and I never expected it to be so good. The food is great, the people are nice, and the accommodations are comfortable. It's simply my dream place. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. I just happened to be on a business trip to Yining. When I entered the room, I saw two large beds of 1.5 to 2 meters. The main thing is that the house is clean and tidy. The mattress is a latex mattress, which is very rare. Some hotels use latex mattresses, which are extremely comfortable and improve your sleep quality. They also provide free airport drop-off service!

It is a good hostel. However, they have to take care of the daily validating room keys. People go out to the washroom in the middle of the night, and even if they paid for the following day, they get locked, and they can't get in. Regardless of how many days you pay for, you need to get your room key validated, which is a redundant and unnecessary thing to do.it is very frustrating, too. Last night, a girl from the dorm went to the washroom at 3 a.m., and she got locked out until morning when other people in the room woke up to get her in. Also, for these unfortunate circumstances, there is nobody in the reception area to take care of it. I stayed 6 nights, and every day, I had to reactivate the room key. That is something the hostel must pay attention to it or fix it. Otherwise, it is a clean please to stay at.
