An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cassia. The single beds were super single, comfy and spacious. I loved the private beach shared with Homm and Banyan Tree. We went before the long weekend started. So there was no crowd and we got to enjoy the beach mostly to ourselves and with other family guests. The tide was mostly calm and sea shallow. It was therapeutic for my 5 year old just to be in the sea water bobbling with the calm waves. Breakfast was tasty especially the local dishes. Staff was always friendly and smiling. It is a 5 star stay with a superbly reasonable price. I’m so glad I chose Cassia. Thumbs up to the staff during our stay and the reception lady for remembering my daughter’s name. For those who are fearful of the island heat, take note that breakfast is served in a non-aircon restaurant. But that’s the whole idea of a beach holiday!

First time in Bintan. Had an amazing experience at the resort. Check in was smooth by Pancha. Initially assigned a room quite secluded, requested for a change and got a much better room on the ground floor facing swimming pool and the beachfront. Amazing customer service, amazing staffs, everyone was friendly. The resort is in a private estate, together with Cassia and Banyan Tree. The beach was very private and quiet. Definitely enjoyed my time there. The one downside is the fact that it is in a private estate, it is quite far from town. Eating out is difficult, Bike Grab isnt available. Grab car was quite difficult and expensive. The best way was to hire a tour guide. I hired a tour guide for the whole 3 days. Amazing experience, just an hour ferry ride away from the hustle of the city of Singapore. Will come back for beach vacation.

Amazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

The customer service was very patient in helping me with my issues. The hotel breakfast was also excellent.

Location is a slightly out of the way as compared to the bintan resorts area, but not an issue if you hire private charter for the day. The resort pods are very new and uses great technology. Love waking up to the amazing view!

I lost my bag that day. Thanks to the two hotel staff for helping me guard my bag. There is a lot of cash in my passport bank card. It takes up to three hours. If I lose my bag, I can't even go back to China. Thanks to the two employees who are not ignorant of the money. This is my luckiest trip 👍👍👍 that day i lost my bag.thank you very much to the two hotel staff for taking care of my bag.inside the bag are passports,bank cards,and a lot of cash.they took care of it for three hours. if my bag is missing,i can't even return to china.thanks to these two honest employees.this is the most lucky trip i have ever experienced.
