4-Star Hotels in Bintan

Pleasant stay at the resort, overall the place is well maintained, clean, and pretty. The highlights were really the staff, caring, friendly and professional and the Indonesian food at the restaurant. If I had one complaint it would be hearing the noise from the road at night as our room was close to it

Had a wonderful solo retreat at Bintan Pearl. Very quiet and peaceful.. The staff were awesome and accommodating. Room was clean and I think just renovated. A few minor renovations ongoing still but it was ok. Would stay there again.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

The room was perfect, and the service was exceptionally good, with complimentary snacks, disposable shower caps, toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, and combs, as well as shower gel and shampoo. Although there was an unexpected issue, the staff actively resolved it. It’s a very nice hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend everyone bring some stomach medicine when they visit; even though I was very careful, I still got an upset stomach. I suggest opting for the hotel's airport transfer service, it’s great value for money.
