Place is awesome , lawn beside the room is superb, only drawback is the location as it is a little far from main area, so every time you have to book a cab to go anywhere. other than that just loved the place. it is actually cooler than other places in OOTY because of it's height.

The hotel is centrally located for all kinds of sight seeing with good connectivity for local transport. The food and hospitality is excellent. They cater to the food choices of the guest which is really a good gesture. There amenities and services are good.

The stay ar the welcome heritage fernhills palace ooty was excellent. Right from the welcome to the rooms to the service everything was top notch. I would like to add that make my trip never disappoints. However i just have one concern regarding the car and the driver. The driver otherwise was extreme cooperative but did not understand tamil or english and was comfortable only with malayalam. Overall it was a very nice experience, apart from the car and the driver.
